History
Formed from the early days of the commune's re-establishment, the Fatherland Front Committee of Phong Hai Commune has always played a core role in uniting and mobilizing all classes of people and promoting the great national unity bloc.
Through different periods, the committee has continuously renewed its content and methods of operation, staying close to the lives of local ethnic communities and contributing significantly to local socio-economic development.

Functions & Duties
Great Unity
Gather and build the great national unity bloc, exercise democracy and strengthen social consensus.
Oversight & Feedback
Represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people; contribute to building the Party and State.
Emulation Movements
Communicate and mobilize the people to exercise their right to mastery and carry out the Party's guidelines.
